Saus asam:
- 150 gram asam
- 1500 cc air
- 50 gram bawang putih
- 1 1/2 sendok makan garam
- 250 gram gula merah
- 75 gram cabai rawit
Cara membuat
Pempek: campur gilingan daging ikan belida/tengiri, tepung kanji, garam, dan bumbu penyedap, aduk rata, lalu tuangi air sedikit-sedikit sambil diuleni hingga adonan dapat dibentuk dan tidak melekat di tangan, bagi adonan menjadi 3 bagian, sisihkan.
Jenis lenjeran: adonan dibentuk bulat panjang, bergaris tengah 2,5 cm dan panjang 10 cm, lalu masukkan dalam air mendidih, rebus sampai matang, angkat.
